Refund Policy – V Go Germany

At V GO GERMANY, we are committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and professionalism in all our services.

GENERAL POLICY

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees paid towards registration, counseling, German language training, documentation, processing, translations, attestations, examinations, visa assistance, and administrative services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

REGISTRATION FEE REFUND – NURSE RECRUITMENT PROGRAM

Refund Upon Visa Approval:

The Registration Fee of ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only) paid by eligible Nurse Recruitment candidates shall be refunded within ninety (90) calendar days from the date the candidate is granted a valid German Employment Visa, provided the candidate has completed German Language B2 Certification and complied with all program requirements.

Refund for Non-Placement Within 180 Days:

If V GO GERMANY is unable to secure a confirmed employment offer for an eligible Nurse Recruitment candidate within one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the date the candidate successfully completes German Language B2 Certification and submits all mandatory documents, the Registration Fee of ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only) shall be refunded, provided the delay is not attributable to the candidate.

CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE REFUND SHALL NOT APPLIES

• Candidate withdraws from the program.
• Candidate fails to complete B2 certification.
• Candidate refuses employer interviews or employment offers.
• Candidate submits false or incomplete documents.
• Candidate fails medical or licensing requirements.
• Candidate breaches program terms and conditions.

EXCLUSIONS

the refund applies only to the ₹25,000 Registration Fee. All other fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.

FORCE MAJEURE

V GO GERMANY shall not be liable for delays arising from events beyond its reasonable control.

RIGHT OF VERIFICATION

V GO GERMANY reserves the right to verify candidate eligibility and compliance before processing any refund.

FINAL DECISION

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the Management of V GO GERMANY.
